Data, data holders, and data collection

Personal data handling is carried out by Araldi fully respecting the 2003 Legislative Decree no. 196. Personal and fiscal data collected directly and/or through third parties in print or via ICT channels are processed to either: register and process the order and send necessary communications; to fulfill an obligation of the law; and to allow efficient management of business relationships (art. 24, paragraph 1, let. b Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003).

Your privacy and security is very important to us and we aim to ensure that any personal information that you provide will always be held, used, and transmitted in compliance with the 2003 Legislative Decree no. 196, article 13 (Personal data protection code).  Your information can only be disclosed with a court order or other authority authorized by the law on the following conditions: (1) upon signing a confidentiality agreement; (2) only to delegated parties to carry out necessary activities to execute the petition; and (3) only for the purpose stipulated

In accordance with the article 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, the subjects to whom the personal data refers can at any time obtain:

  1. Updates, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  2. The cancellation, change to anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  3. Confirmation that activities on (a) and (b) have been updated or executed, information about its contents, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if fulfilment is impossible or if it involves means that are disproportionate to the protected right.

The client has the right to object, in whole or in part: (1) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data pertaining to the collection purposes; (2) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The communication of personal data from the client is a prerequisite to the proper and timely execution of this contract. In the absence of such, the contract cannot take into effect even by the client’s request. In any case, the data collected will be kept for a period of time no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed. Its removal, no matter how, will be done safely.

These information are processed in order to create an activity report for our website operators. Araldi, however does not use and does not allow third parties to use the Google analysis tool to track or collect your personal identification.
